All blind box items sold by Whoopea are brand new and factory sealed (not display items, not second-hand).

However, if you purchase a confirmed design, the boxes are usually opened so we can check the cards inside.

Blind box products are randomly selected and specific characters or styles cannot be chosen. Some series include hidden or rare editions. The probability follows the official brand distribution.

The joy of blind boxes comes from surprise. Please understand and accept the randomness before purchasing.

We guarantee that:

✔ All products are sourced from official shops or authorized distributors

✔ No counterfeit, imitation, or refurbished items are sold


Packaging versions may vary slightly but product content and quality remain the same.

It is possible to receive a product with official defect, but it doesn’t mean it is a fake product, because minor quality issues may occasionally occur during the production process.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

🏦 First Know About WordTrade(Our Partnered Payment Provider)

WorldTrade is a payment and order management platform that enables buyers and sellers to complete sales in a more efficient, transparent, and cost-effective manner.

As a buyer, you can pay for your orders with credit/debit cards at competitive rates or with your WorldFirst balance. You can get the latest statuses on your orders and your payments won’t be released to sellers until your orders are shipped.

Please note that as a WorldFirst user, WorldTrade will not be activated on your World Account until you have received your first order from your seller. To activate WorldTrade, please ask your seller to send you an order. Once received, you will get an email and be notified in your World Account.

You can select your favorite products on the Pophunter website, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
 
You need to register an account on the Pophunter website before checkout. Please use your frequently used email for registration, as we will send the payment link to this email later.
 
This payment link is the official payment link of WordTrade. You do not need to make the payment directly after placing your order on the website cart. Our customer service team will receive your order and apply to WordTrade for the payment link to be sent to you.
 
Once you complete the payment via the link, your order will be marked as pending shipment, and we will process and arrange delivery within 1–3 working days.

🎗 Order Processing

Cancel Request Time Window

To protect your shopping experience, you may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped out, whichever comes first.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellation requests made after 24 hours or once the order has been shipped out.

If you are concerned about missing the time window to cancel your order, please add “【911】” at the beginning of your customer service email subject so that our support team can prioritize your request during working hours.

Address Issue

We can help you modify your shipping information before the order is shipped out.

International shipping is a complex process, once the package has been shipped, logistics provider are unable to accept our address change request. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate and complete when placing your order.

If you are concerned about missing the time window to update your shipping details, please add “【911】” at the beginning of your customer service email subject line so that our support team can prioritize your request during working hours.

Please note that we are unable to provide after-sales support for orders that fail to be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Forgot to Use Discount

If you forget to apply a discount code, please contact our customer service by email and provide your order number and the discount code. We will refund the price difference accordingly.

Please record a complete, uninterrupted, unedited unboxing video before opening your package.

 

We will not process any after-sales requests without a valid unboxing video.

  • Dissatisfaction with the random character or style you received
  • Opened blind boxes with no quality issues
  • Damage caused by improper use or human error after opening
  • Issues arising from incorrect usage
  • Defects or damage claims without an unboxing video
  • Price adjustments (Our prices are determined by market conditions, international shipping fees, exchange rates, and other factors. Thank you for your understanding.)
